The late Michael Jackson’s three children, Prince, 13, Paris, 11, & Blanket, 8, have been under the watchful eye of the media for most of their lives - even more so since the loss of their father in June 2009. However, the three kids might soon have a chance at a “normal” slice of childhood.
A friend of the family tells RadarOnline.com that the family, including legal their legal guardian Katherine Jackson, is considering sending the trio to a regular school this fall.
“The family is debating putting the kids in a school in the next term,” says the friend.
Currently the children are being homeschooled, while their cousins who also reside at the family’s Encino, Calif. home attend school outside the compound. No decisions have been made as of yet.
Recently, one source commented on the new found confidence that the children have gained while living with their grandmother, Katherine, saying, “It would have been hard to imagine them going out in public or showing up at someone's house hanging out and playing video games before [their father died]. That had a lot to do with Michael, because every time he showed up there were bodyguards and [chaos]. And now, not so much. It feels much more normal and they've adjusted really well to that.”
