LOL, no that's really him! Only from the part where he "wears" the mask.
At around 4:08 , you see that he's covered by the zombies, there's a trap door for exit there kinda thing.

When he "wears" it, he actually switches places with the "non-him"
cause the guy is "masked" we can't tell that it isn't him Razz

Cos I read the comments in Youtube.. Some people were saying that Michael went to change into his Billie Jean costume for the next song while this non-MJ was taking over. Haha. Ya, I notice the differences now.. In terms of skin tone, and notice that guy held the microphone with the other hand. (He even had his pinky finger raised while singing the song. I don't think Michael had that habit) HAHA
